The US 183A bypass freeway (under construction 1/05) is located ¼ mile east of the Railyard. When this road is constructed The Railyard will be strategically located between Cedar Park’s two major north/south transportation arteries and on its major East/West transportation artery.
The Railyard is located at the heart of Cedar Park ’s rapidly developing Downtown District/business center and targeted light manufacturing growth corridor. In July 1998 the City of Cedar Park selected the Cedar Park Towne Center project to be the location of the new downtown district. This district is immediately north and east of the steam train depot within easy walking distance of The Railyard.
The Railyard is wrapped on two sides by the permanent Hill Country Flyer Steam Train Depot site.
The Railyard is located just east of the HEB and Albertson’s anchored shopping centers at the FM 1431/US 183 intersection.
Great location for any business to take advantage of the high traffic draw and synergy created by the regional retail stores such as HEB, US Post Office, Wal-Mart, Albertson’s, Walgreen’s, Seton Medical Center, Scott and White Medical Center, and numerous other regional business draws.
The US Post Office is located immediately across FM 1431 from The Railyard.
Seton Healthcare 76,000 sqft medial facility is located on the east side of The Railyard.
Scott & White medical organization has built on 13 acres along Quest Blvd. just south of the FM 1431/Quest Blvd. intersection.
All the buildings located in The Railyard feature 1920s style architecture. |
